Buyers

Pre Sale Inspection: Having an inspection completed before the purchase sale is complete.
Benefit: Understanding the condition of a property gives a better informed decision of your home purchase.

Pre-Offer Inspection: Having an inspection completed before making an offer.
Benefit: Very useful during a multiple offer’s scenario. Understanding a house’s conditions helps make a proper decision for making an offer. This type of inspection is a walkthrough inspection identifying major concerns at a fraction of the cost. More importantly, the buyer can remove their home inspection clause and leverage their new knowledge with a competitive bid

Sellers

Pre Listing Inspection: Having an inspection completed before listing the property.
Benefit: The “moving report” provides flexibility by identifying concerns and allowing the seller to fix their house before the house is listed. The report is updated accordingly.

Homeowners

Tarion Home Warranty Inspection: Having an inspection completed for houses located in a new developed area (0 years to 7years).
Benefit: With home warranty you may have the ability to transfer repair costs (up to $300,000) to the builder.

Infrared Inspection: Having an inspection focusing on heat loss differential
Benefit: Helps identify where heat loss may exist, where possible moisture may surface and the presence of animals. The findings help provide the buyer/seller a better understanding of the property which ordinarily would not be available under the human eye

Condo Inspection: Having an inspection conducted to evaluate the condition of an apartment / condominium. This is similar to a residential home inspection.
Benefit: Understanding the condition of a property gives a better informed decision of your home purchase.

Maintenance Inspection: Having an inspection conducted to evaluate the condition of the house. The home owner is not at the stage nor planning to the sell their home.
Benefit: “Identifying concerns before they become expensive ones!”

Commercial Inspection: Includes inspections of apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, retail stores and warehouses. The inspection evaluates the major systems of the property and the visible structural components.

Indoor Air Quality Survey: Over time, the home deteriorates. A degraded condition can dramatically affect the quality of your indoor air. During an Indoor Air Quality Survey, we evaluate your home’s condition and make recommendations on how to improve your indoor air quality.
